Vanessa Conway is a highly experienced and skilled board certified aesthetic Nurse Practioner.
During her time as an RN, she collaborated closely with dermatologists, and knew that she wanted to pursue a career in this exciting industry. She returned to school to become an NP injector simultaneously earning her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree.
Vanessa attended her first aesthetic training in 2017. She has trained with some of the top surgeons and injectors in the country and continues to attend trainings so that she can stay up-to-date on her techniques. She began her injecting career at a medical spa. After building her skills, she eventually established Le Mar Aesthetics; a boutique style medspa providing high-quality aesthetic and wellness treatments.
With over 4 years of injection experience, and 10 years of healthcare expertise, Vanessa prides herself in patient safety and natural aesthetic outcomes. She believes in the importance of listening to her clients, understanding their needs, concerns, and desired results. Taking the time to educate her clients, Vanessa ensures they comprehend the reasoning behind her treatment choices and recommendations. This personalized approach brings clients to Vanessa’s office from across the United States due to her impeccable work and effective communication.
