Vanessa Conway is a highly experienced and skilled board certified aesthetic Nurse Practioner. During her time as an RN, she collaborated closely with dermatologists, and knew that she wanted to pursue a career in this exciting industry. She returned to school to become an NP injector simultaneously earning her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree.

Vanessa attended her first aesthetic training in 2017. She has trained with some of the top surgeons and injectors in the country and continues to attend trainings so that she can stay up-to-date on her techniques. She began her injecting career at a medical spa. After building her skills, she eventually established Le Mar Aesthetics; a boutique style medspa providing high-quality aesthetic and wellness treatments.
